Five years after opening as London's first integrated health practice, 132 Harley Street has welcomed its 10,000th patient. This milestone has been passed earlier than expected as knowledge of the breadth of its integrated health services has spread.
Founding Director, gynaecologist Mr Mike Stafford said he and his colleagues were delighted with the early success of the practice. " We thank all our patients for their support together with our colleagues from the medical profession who have referred so many people to us," he said.
"We have tried to make 132 Harley Street a practice where patients will find a unique mixture of doctors, consultants and complementary therapists caring for the ‘whole person'. We wanted to ensure patients, who are often very anxious when they visit us, have the benefit of both the latest innovations in traditional medicine as well as complementary treatments designed around the individual by some of the most experienced therapists in the UK," said Mr Stafford.
132 Harley Street now has 14 consultants, physicians and complementary therapists supported by specialised nursing staff.
